Every property that we lease goes through a process to become a high spec living space. This process involves interior designing by a professional, who is responsible for design jobs like paint theme, decor, dressing along with new furniture. We do not charge or ask our landlords to bare any of these cost, by doing this we financially commit to the property and assure the landlords that their asset is in good hands.
